Search the Database
We recommend truncating terms when you search, to yield better results.
For example, if you are searching for articles on causation, search using “caus” rather than “causation” or “cause.”
This is a continually growing database of primary and secondary materials relevant to tort law and social equality. The primary legal materials are mainly Canadian at present, and will be expanded over time to include sources from other countries. But the secondary sources are from many different authors, from many countries. It is searchable by any term: topic, title, author, style of cause, journal, etc.
